Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of pork, ground
  • 1/2 pound of beef, ground
  • 1/2 pound of sausage, ground
  • 1/4 pound of butter
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, green, chopped
  • 2 sprigs of parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 pound of mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups of tomato puree
  • 1 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons of pepper, ground
  • 1/2 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Brown
    Brown meat in butter
  2. Add
    Add onion and pepper.
  3. Simmer
    Simmer for a few minutes
  4. Add remaining ingredients
    Add remaining ingredients.
  5. Simmer
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve
    Serve with your favorite pasta and enjoy!
