- 3 pounds of beef, stew meat
- 1 16 oz can of tomato juice
- 1/3 cup of onion, chopped
- 4 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 16 oz can of tomatoes
- 1 8 oz can of corn, whole kernel
- 1 cup of carrots, sliced
- 1 cup of Potatoes, diced
Instructions

CombineCombine meat, tomato juice, onion, seasonings, and 6 cups of water in a pot

SimmerCover and simmer for 2 hours.

StrainStrain broth and skim off excess fat.

AddAdd meat and all vegetables back to the pot, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
