Instructions
heat 2 cups of heavy cream.
add one stick of butter mix until melted.
add 1 (8 ounce) pkg of cream cheese please cut into cubes and put in one at a time.
please use a whisk to mix this keeps the sauce smooth and avoids lumps.
add 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
add a pinch of salt
add a dash of course black pepper.
keep whisking until sauce thickens.
serve with your favorite pasta.
could serve with shrimp, grilled chicken strips, etc.
