  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk

Instructions

  1. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.

  2. To make the batter, put flour into a wide flat bowl.

  3. Mix while adding milk to avoid lumps.

  4. Mix in eggs and whisk or mix with a fork to combine.
