Coat slow cooker with non-stick spray (I use coconut oil).
Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
Stir.
Cook on LOW for 7 hours.
Add garnish of your choice (ex. hemp hearts, nuts, berries, raisins, coconut, etc.).
Freezes well.
