Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 ½ cups of sugar
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 4 cups of apples, chopped
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- ½ cup of chopped nuts

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Beat eggs and salt well.
Add sugar and continue beating until thick.
Whisk together flour and baking powder
Mix into wet mixture until well combined - dough will be thick
Mix in apples and vanilla.
Spread into a greased 8x12 inch pan.
Sprinkle nuts over the top.
Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until well done
