Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons of rosemary, chopped - or one tablespoon dry
- 3/4 tablespoon of pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2.5 lb of beef, flank steak

Instructions
Whisk Mix all ingredients except steak in a 13x9 baking dish.
Add steak Add the steak and turn to coat.
Refrigerate Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours, turning occasionally.
Preheat Preheat broiler (or grill).
Broil Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Place meat back in baking dish and broil until desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
Serve Remove steak and allow to stand 10 minutes. Cut across the grain into thin strips. Serve with sauteed summer squash or garlicky greens.
