Ingredients
- 2 loaves of bread, not dry - cubed
- 2 small bunches of celery, with leaves, diced
- 1 dozen eggs, hard boiled and diced
- 2 onions, diced
- 3 sticks of butter, or margarine - melted
- 4 teaspoons of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 4 teaspoons of poultry seasoning

Instructions
Mix Mix all dry ingredients and celery by hand at 5:00 AM.
Pour melted butter over the mixture and keep mixing by hand.
Stuff Fill the bird cavity.
Bake Put the remaining mixture in a baking pan. Bake the last hour of roasting time with the turkey.
