Ingredients
- 1 cup of buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons or 1 packet of yeast
Instructions
Melt the butter and warm the buttermilk to lukewarm temperature.
Pour buttermilk, butter, honey and salt into the bread machine pan.
Place flour on top of wet mixture. Make a small well in the middle. Pour yeast in the well.
Set the bread machine to regular loaf and start.
Allow to cool for 1 hour before slicing - this is important! Otherwise the bread will be too soft for slicing and you'll end up with a mess!
