- 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- tablespoon of lemon zest
- 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
Topping
- whipped cream or powdered sugar for dusting

Prepare the CrustIn a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
