  • 4 eggs, large
  • 4oz cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Garlic powder (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Kosher salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs in mixing bowl
  2. Add cream cheese, dill, garlic, pepper, and salt and stir.
  3. On high heat, spray medium-sized pan with cooking spray
  4. Turn heat to medium and pour eggs into pan, stirring until eggs have reached preferred thickness and serve warm.
