Indulge in Shelly’s Raspberry Delite: a refreshing fusion of juicy berries, creamy vanilla ice cream, and a zing of 7 Up for a tantalizing treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen 10 oz bag of raspberries, or strawberries, thawed
  • 1 pint of Vanilla Ice Cream, softened
  • 7-Up

Instructions

  1. Mix
    Combine berries, 1/2 cup of 7 Up and soft vanilla ice cream. Beat until smooth.
  2. Divide
    Divide into four 12 oz glasses, filling about half-full.
  3. Add
    Slowly pour in chilled 7 Up to fill.
