Ingredients: 1 6 oz package of walnuts; 1 6 oz package of pecans; 1 16 oz package of marshmallows, mini; 1 pound of milk chocolate, Cadbury’s; 2 eggs, well beaten; 1 cup of powdered sugar; 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) of butter

2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup of powdered sugar
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) of butter

Instructions

Melt

Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add butter.
Beat

Beat eggs and sugar.
Fold

Gently fold in chocolate mixture into the butter mixture one tablespoon at a time.
Place marshmallows and nuts in a separate bowl, mix together.
Mix

Pour the chocolate mixture over the marshmallows and nuts. Stir until marshmallows and nuts are well covered.
Chill

Pour into a baking pan and chill until cold.
