Indulge in Robin’s Rocky Road Fudge: luscious milk chocolate swirled with fluffy marshmallows, crunchy walnuts, and rich pecans. Pure bliss!

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz package of walnuts
  • 1 6 oz package of pecans
  • 1 16 oz package of marshmallows, mini
  • 1 pound of milk chocolate, Cadbury’s
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) of butter

Instructions

  1. Melt
    Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add butter.
  2. Beat
    Beat eggs and sugar.
  3. Fold
    Gently fold in chocolate mixture into the butter mixture one tablespoon at a time.
  4. Place marshmallows and nuts in a separate bowl, mix together.
  5. Mix
    Pour the chocolate mixture over the marshmallows and nuts. Stir until marshmallows and nuts are well covered.
  6. Chill
    Pour into a baking pan and chill until cold.
