Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup sour milk
  • 2 cups zucchini, shredded
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9x13" pan. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

  3. In a separate large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and baking soda, and mix well.

  4. Alternate between adding the sour milk and the butter mixture into the flour mixture, beating after every addition. Beat until smooth and all ingredients are fully incorporated.

  5. Stir in zucchini and chocolate chips.

  6. Bake 45-60 minutes, or until it tests done to the poke test.
