  • 4 sub bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, soft
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 4 ounces sliced salami
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 4 ounces sliced swiss cheese
  • 4 ounces sliced deli ham
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced thin
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Cut bread in half horizontally.

  2. Spread bottom half with butter.

  3. Layer lettuce, salami and tomatoes on butter bread; season with salt and pepper.

  4. Layer on the cheese, ham, cucumber and onion of top of tomatoes.

  5. In a small mixing bowl, stir the vinegar, olive oil and garlic salt together.

  6. Spread vinegar dressing on the top half of bread with mustard.
