  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt two cups of the chocolate chips in a large saucepan with the butter and coffee.

  2. Take off heat and stir in sugar, let cool.

  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

  4. Stir in dry ingredients.

  5. Stir in remaining chocolate chips.

  6. Spread batter in greased 13 x 9 pan and bake in 350° F oven for about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out with few moist crumbs attatched.
