Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground venison
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
  • 1 lb of preferred sliced cheese
  • 4 crusty hoagie rolls

Instructions

  1. In a skillet brown venison with half the onion and half the peppers.

  2. Add half of your Worcestershire sauce and Montreal seasoning.

  3. In a separate pan caramelize other half of onion and peppers. Add salt and pepper at this point.

  4. Open hoagie rolls on a cookie sheet and place cheese in rolls.

  5. Add hot venison and onion/pepper blend.

  6. Place under broiler at 500 degrees until it begins to sizzle.

  7. Remove from oven. Hit with remaining seasonings and serve.
