  • 125 g dark chocolate chips
  • 60 ml coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 30 ml maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • 21 g cocoa powder, for coating

Instructions

  1. Heat coconut cream, coconut oil, salt, red chili flakes, and maple syrup in a sauce pan for a minute. Do not boil.

  2. Turn off the heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until chocolate is fully melted.

  3. Leave to cool for about 15 minutes.

  4. Transfer mixture to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until fully set.

  5. Use a 1” ice cream scoop to form the cooled chocolate mixture into balls. Arrange on a plate and put in the freezer for about 15 minutes.

  6. Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat evenly.

  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
