Ingredients
- 500 g sashimi-grade tuna
- 1 tablespoon wasabi paste
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
- 8 spring roll wrappers
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
Slice the sashimi-grade tuna into thin strips.
Soften the spring roll wrappers according to package directions.
Place tuna, a little wasabi paste, and coriander leaves on each wrapper.
Roll tightly to form 8 spring rolls.
Stir the soy sauce and lime juice together in a small bowl.
