Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups bananas, Mashed
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour jelly roll pan.

  2. Cream butter and sugar, add sour cream and eggs and beat for 1 minute. Add bananas and vanilla - mix well. Beat in flour, salt, and soda on medium for 1 minute. Stir in nuts if desired.

  3. Pour and spread dough in pan.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

  5. Let cool for 10-15 minutes, then frost with Brown Butter Frosting.
