  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green pepper and onion, undrained
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 lb tilapia fillet

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a 12 inch skillet.

  2. Cut onion into 1/4 inch slices, then cut each slice in half.

  3. Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook 2 minutes to soften.

  4. Add tomatoes and salsa, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
