- 100ml/3½fl oz just-boiled water
- 1 litre/1¾ pint semi-skimmed milk

Instructions
Whisk the cocoa powder with the just-boiled water until smooth.
Pour the cocoa mixture into the slow cooker and stir in the semi-skimmed milk.
Heat in the slow cooker until hot, stirring occasionally.
