  • 12 cups broccoli florets (from 2 large bunches)
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, oil, and honey in a large bowl until blended.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Steam broccoli florets until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.

  4. Cool.

  5. Stir sesame seeds in heavy large skillet over medium heat until golden, about 5 minutes.
