Ingredients
- 1 ready-to-eat ham steak (2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup peeled chopped tomato
- 1 cup dry red wine
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place ham in a baking dish.
Add onions, tomatoes, wine, broth and bay leaf.
Bake for 45 minutes, basting frequently.
Knead butter and flour together.
Stir into gravy a little at a time, stirring until thickened.
