  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place flour, walnuts, parmesan, rosemary and garlic powder in food processer and process for 1 – 2 minutes till coating consistence; place mixture in a pie plate and set aside.

  2. Heat the oil in skillet.

  3. Season cube steaks with salt and pepper; then dredge in the flour mixture.

  4. Cook for 3-5 minutes on each side depending on size of meat.

  5. Serve immediately.
