Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops or 4 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups small cubed French bread
  • Roquefort cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Cut a pocket in each pork chop without cutting all the way through.

  3. Melt the butter in a skillet and toss with the French bread cubes.

  4. Mix the buttered bread cubes with Roquefort cheese to make a stuffing.

  5. Fill each pork chop pocket with the stuffing and place the chops in a baking dish.

  6. Bake until the pork is cooked through and the stuffing is hot, about 35 to 45 minutes.
