Instructions
Preheat the oven.
Toss the kohlrabi and onions with the oil and spread on a baking sheet.
Roast until the vegetables are tender.
Puree the roasted vegetables in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Cook the macaroni according to package directions and drain.
Combine the cooked macaroni, cheese, and roasted vegetable puree until the cheese melts and the pasta is coated.
Serve warm.
