  • 1 garlic clove, cut into 8 to 10 slivers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Make 8 to 10 small slits in the pork loin and insert the garlic slivers.

  3. Rub the crushed rosemary over the pork loin.

  4. Place the pork loin in a roasting pan.

  5. Roast until cooked through and the center reaches 145°F, then rest before slicing.
