  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2-2/3 cup raspberry jam or 1/2-2/3 cup strawberry jam
  • 2/3 cup pistachios, chopped
