Wok or large frying pan
Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (cleaned, deboned, and cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1 garlic clove (diced up)
- 1/2 carrot (diced)
- 1 spring onion (diced)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 dried chilies
- 5 tablespoons oyster sauce
Instructions
Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan.
Whilst the oil is heating up, cut the chillies in half.
Add chili and garlic.
Stir fry for 10 seconds.
Add salmon, carrots, and salt.
Stir fry until the salmon is a pinky orange color.
Add oyster sauce.
Mix.
