Ingredients

  • 4 ripe mashed bananas
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients till just mixed. Do not overmix.

  2. Scoop a heaping spoonfuls into greased muffin tins top each with a bit of sugar and bake at 350 (200 Celsius) for 20-25 minutes, until muffins begin to brown on top. Serve warm with butter. Makes 1 dozen.
