Ingredients
- 16 ounces refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 14 ounces caramels

Instructions
Preheat oven according to sugar cookie dough package directions.
Knead cocoa powder into the refrigerated sugar cookie dough until evenly combined.
Divide dough into 36 portions and press each portion into a mini muffin cup to form small cups.
Bake until set, following package timing as a guide.
Melt caramels until smooth.
Spoon melted caramel into the baked cookie cups and let set before serving.
