  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix really well.

  2. Roll meat into 1" balls- at this point, you can either continue or freeze them for later use, providing your beef wasn't pre-frozen.
