  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Grease a mini muffin tin.

  3. Mix six first ingredients in a medium bowl.

  4. Add chocolate chips; set aside.

  5. Mix bananas, eggs, oil, vanilla and almond extract.

  6. Combine both mixtures until well blended.

  7. Spoon into muffin cups.
