Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchini, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
  • pepperoni (or whatever your favorite pizza toppings are)
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray.

  3. Mix well grated zucchini and 2 eggs.

  4. Place zucchini mixture on the pizza pan, spreading out to the edges of the pan.
