  • 5 ears corn, shucked if using butter or left in husk if preferred
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  1. Pour 1 cup water into the Instant Pot and add the trivet.

  2. Place the corn on the trivet.

  3. Add butter if using shucked corn.

  4. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.

  5. Quick release the pressure, open the lid carefully, and serve.
