Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes,softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease 9 inch pie plate.

  3. Place milk, 2 t.

  4. vanilla, eggs,1 c.

  5. sugar, and bisquick in blender container.

  6. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds.

  7. Add cream cheese.

  8. Cover and blend on high 2 minutes.

  9. Pour into pie plate.

  10. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until center is firm.

  11. Combine sour cream, 2 t.

  12. vanilla, and 2 T.

  13. sugar.

  14. Spread over cheesecake that has cooled.
