  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons finely shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onion
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped fresh, preferred
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dill, chopped fresh, preferred
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper (optional)
  • 1 -2 tablespoon milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. Using a blender, blend the cottage cheese and lemon juice until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in carrot, green onion, parsley, dill, salt and pepper by hand.(If you prefer a thinner dip, you can add some milk to thin it down.).
