  • 500 g round steaks, cut into thin thins
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 10 fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cups tomatoes, pureed or 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 300 -400 g pasta, cooked

Instructions
