Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Goddess sauce
  • 3 cups of red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup of shredded carrots
  • 1 cup of corn, fresh kernels - not cooked
  • 1 cup of bean sprouts
  • 1 bunch of green onions (salad onions)
  • 1/4 red onion, finely sliced
  • fresh chopped dill weed for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, fresh corn kernels, bean sprouts, chopped green onions, and thinly sliced red onion.

  2. Pour the prepared Goddess dressing over the salad mixture.

  3. Gently toss until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld together.

  5. Garnish will dill weed and serve.
