Ingredients

  • 8 oz (about 225g) of pasta
  • 1/2 cup of Goddess sauce
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese
  • 1 cup of tomato(s)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1/4 cup of kalamata olives
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/4 cup of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, Kalamata olives, red onion, and feta cheese.

  3. Pour the premade Goddess dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.

  4. Season the salad with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning as needed.

  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the Goddess Pasta Salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
