Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin beef, slice into strips
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/8 cup fresh ginger, 1/4 inch shredded
- 1 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus
- 1/2 cup water
- oyster sauce
Instructions
Broke off the white part of the asparagus and then slice into 2 inch diagonally pieces and set aside.
In a mixing combine the beef, salt, sugar, cornstarch and 2 tablespoon of oil and mix well and set aside for 15 minutes.
In a hot wok add oil to coat and in the beef mixture and saute until the beef is pink and remove onto a bowl and set aside.
Reheat the wok and add oil to coat the wok add in the asparagus and sauté for 2 minutes add in the water and oyster sauce and when it come to a boil add in the beef and combine together and serve.
