  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • oil (for frying)
  • 2 long leeks
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce

Instructions
