Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
