- 1 cup milk

Instructions
Whisk flour, milk, and beaten egg together until smooth.
Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and tilt to form a thin round crepe.
Cook until set, then turn and cook briefly on the other side.
Repeat with remaining batter to make about 9 crepe shells.
