Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1/2 small green cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 small red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large frying pan over medium heat until hot. Add the peanut oil, swirl to coat.

  2. Add the shredded cabbages and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the water, cover and cook for a couple of minutes or until wilted.

  3. Remove lid, add sesame oil five-spice powder and stir fry for 30 seconds until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
