Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten (set aside a small amount for sealing)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup very cold water

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients to make a dough.

  2. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Knead until smooth and elastic.

  4. Divide into 16 pieces.

  5. Roll into 6 inch squares.
