Ingredients
- 1 cup whole pecans
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven as needed for meringue-style cookies.
Chop or break the whole pecans into small pieces.
Beat the egg whites until foamy, then gradually beat in the sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold in the pecans.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake until set and dry, then let cool completely before serving.
