Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken, cut up
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 quart cooking oil, for frying

  1. Season chicken well with salt and pepper. Set aside. Mix eggs, milk, and water. Pour mixture over chicken. Let sit for 5 minutes.
